Our Story of Strength
Veteran and Coach
As a proud military veteran turned “healthpreneur,” I’ve just crossed the big 50 milestone — and I want to share my story and vision, because it’s where my strength and purpose truly begin.
During my many years serving with the British Forces, I have travelled much around the world, training hard and pushing my limits through endurance events, team sports, climbing, sub-aqua, skiing, even skydiving!
I was also privileged to help many fellow servicemen and women recover from injuries and rebuild strength — experiences that taught me the real value of resilience, discipline, and purpose.
I’ve led expeditions, guided fitness training sessions, and coached friends and colleagues through challenges — real-life experience that taught me what works in practice.
The Realisation
Like many people hitting midlife, I’ve faced my own health challenges — high cholesterol, stress, and the creeping effects of aging.
I’ve also seen close family and friends battle life-changing illnesses such as cancer, diabetes, Parkinson’s, dementia, and cardiovascular disease.
Those experiences opened my eyes. I realised how fragile life can be — and how powerful lifestyle, mindset, and daily choices truly are.
With healthcare systems stretched and over-reliance on prescriptions becoming the norm, self-care isn’t a luxury anymore — it’s essential.
Through smart nutrition, strength training, daily movement, and proper sleep, we can boost our immune system, build stronger bones, prevent injuries, and reduce our reliance on medication.
By embracing longevity and biohacking principles, we can go beyond the basic `health hacks` — unlocking our full potential and becoming the best, most resilient version of ourselves.
Mission
LiveLongPro was created to provide honest, science-backed health information — whether its sharing the latest research and news, offering educational content, or simply giving encouragement, motivation, and support.
Our aim is to share longevity science in a clear, simple, and accessible way. Much of the research is buried in complex medical jargon — we want to translate that into language anyone can understand and apply in daily life.
My goal is twofold,
To empower people from all backgrounds to make meaningful changes to their health and wellbeing, no matter their ability.
Running this platform will keep me focused and motivated in my own longevity journey.
By building a community of like-minded individuals, I aim to make a genuine, positive difference to people’s lives.
